Hi-Tech Land Survey is a full-service land surveying company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with operations spanning every state and union territory of India. Established in 2000, we have grown from a regional surveying firm into one of India's most capable and widely deployed survey organisations.

We combine advanced surveying technology — Total Stations, DGPS, LiDAR, and drone-based aerial mapping — with a field team of experienced professionals who understand the complexity and diversity of India's terrain.

2000
Founded in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Hi-Tech Land Survey was established by Suresh Parmar with a clear purpose — to deliver accurate, reliable land surveying services across Gujarat. Starting alone, he laid the foundation of what would grow into a nationally recognised organisation.
2005 – 2010
Building Roots Through Small Projects & Strong Relationships
These years were defined by consistent execution of various small survey assignments, steadily building a reputation for reliability. New client relationships were formed and nurtured, and the business gradually but firmly began to grow — one project, one handshake at a time.
2011 – 2015
Embracing DGPS & Total Station Technology
A significant turning point in our technical capabilities. The organisation introduced DGPS and advanced Total Station equipment — with Trimble becoming one of our most trusted instrument brands. This leap in technology allowed us to deliver far greater accuracy, helping Hi-Tech stand firm in a competitive market and begin expanding operations beyond Gujarat into neighbouring states.
2016 – 2020
Road Survey Specialisation & Alignment Work
A defining chapter for the company. We began undertaking detailed surveys of existing roads — capturing precise data to support cost estimation and feasibility for road expansion projects. On-site alignment fixing became a key service area, and our ability to deliver accurate, decision-grade data for road authorities set us apart in the market.
2021 – Present
500+ Projects. Bathymetric & Drone Mapping. All of India.
With over 500 projects now completed across the country, Hi-Tech introduced bathymetric survey capabilities and drone-based aerial mapping to handle large-scale, complex assignments. Leveraging the latest methodologies, our teams have executed demanding projects spanning from the North East to the Southern tip of India.

Suresh Parmar started Hi-Tech Land Survey single-handedly in 2000 and has grown it into a nationally recognised surveying organisation operating across every corner of India. His vision, persistence, and deep field expertise have been the driving force behind the company's remarkable growth over 25+ years.

Chief Survey Engineer
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and has successfully carried out more than 50 projects over the past 5 years. Dhaval leads all on-ground survey operations, ensuring technical precision and timely delivery across complex infrastructure assignments.

Head of Technical Department
Sahil oversees all tender submissions, ensuring they are filed accurately and on time. He is also the primary liaison with clients, understanding their specific deliverable requirements and coordinating with the technical team to meet expectations at every project stage.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience operating Total Stations, Bhavesh is the backbone of our field execution. He specialises in laying out precise control points and setting out coordinates for construction sites, ensuring every structure starts on an accurate foundation.

Rahul leads the drafting team responsible for converting all surveyed field data into accurate, client-ready drawings and maps. He ensures that every plot, plan, and layout document precisely reflects the site conditions and meets the specific format and standards required by each client.

Shivani manages the funding and schedules the entire team to keep every project within budget. Her sharp financial oversight and wise resource planning ensure that no project goes over cost — without her, completing a project efficiently and economically would simply not be possible.
